Right of Withdrawal
The rules on distance selling (Consumer Code) provide for a 7-day withdrawal period for exchanges or refunds. However, this right of withdrawal, as stipulated in the Consumer Code for distance sales, does not apply to tourism services. The new Article L.121-204 of the Consumer Code specifies that most provisions do not apply to contracts for “accommodation, transport, catering, leisure services, etc.”. Therefore, a buyer who has booked and/or ordered a service remotely (by phone or via the internet) from the Organizer does not have the right of withdrawal.
Cancellation or Modification by the Buyer
Any cancellation request must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The postmark date will be considered the official cancellation date.
Cancellation fees:
– More than 90 days before departure: No fee
– More than 30 days before departure: 30% of the total travel cost
– Between 30 and 8 days before departure: 80% of the total travel cost
– Less than 8 days before departure: 100% of the total travel cost
The tour operator cannot be held responsible for services provided by the accommodation provider but remains available as an intermediary.
No refund will be issued for any interrupted, shortened trip or unused service. The client must refer to their insurance policy if they subscribed to one during the purchase.
Modification or Cancellation by SENDEY EVENT
The organizer reserves the right to modify all or part of the scheduled programs due to weather, political conditions, or security constraints. If all or part of a program cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, no refund will be granted.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for:
– The client’s failure to check in at the departure location due to delays in air, rail, or land transport, even if caused by force majeure.
– The participant’s inability to depart due to expired or non-compliant documents (passport, ID card, vaccination certificate) as required by the destination country’s authorities.
If the cancellation is due to force majeure or safety concerns for travelers, the client is not entitled to compensation. However, if SENDEY EVENT is forced to cancel a trip (excluding force majeure), the client will be notified by letter or other means, and all payments made will be fully refunded.
COVID-19 Cancellations
If the trip is canceled due to a national lockdown or a government-mandated closure of the campsite, all payments made will be fully refunded.

As an intermediary with an insurance broker, SENDEY EVENTS acts solely as a facilitator between the client and the insurer and cannot assume the client’s position. SENDEY EVENTS SASU cannot be held responsible for:
– An insurance policy purchased by a client that does not meet eligibility criteria.
– The insurance provider’s refusal to reimburse a reservation, whether linked to the conditions above or not.
